Real Estate Investment Options
1. €250,000 EUR: Invest in specialized real estate projects, such as converting commercial properties into residential use or restoring listed buildings, regardless of size or location.
2. €400,000 EUR: Purchase a single property in Greece with a minimum size of 120 sqm.
3. €800,000 EUR: Invest in properties located in Athens, Thessaloniki, or islands with a population of more than 3,100 inhabitants.
10-Year Lease or Time-Share Agreement
Enter into a lease or time-share agreement for hotel accommodation or furnished tourist residences valued at €400,000 EUR or €800,000 EUR, depending on the investment zone.
Fixed-Term Deposit
Make a fixed-term deposit of at least €500,000 EUR with a Greek credit institution.
Capital Contribution
Invest at least €500,000 EUR in a public limited real estate investment company, a closed-end investment company, or a mutual fund that exclusively invests in Greece, or contribute to a Greek-based company’s share capital increase or bonds.
