The program was designed to attract foreign investors to help build the country’s infrastructure and to also support the citizens of the 2 islands. The Saint. Kitts & Nevis citizenship unit allows investors to apply for second citizenship under two investment schemes and grants citizenship within approximately 6-9 months with no requirements to relocate.

Investment Options

To obtain the citizenship in St. Kitts & Nevis, you can take one of two paths; a government donation, starting from $250,000 USD, or investment in government-approved real estate.

Option 1:

Non-refundable Donation to the government Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)
• A contribution made to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC).
• Donation amount is $250,000 USD.

Option 2:

Invest in an approved real estate

• This involves investing in a government-approved real estate asset class such as hotel shares, fractional ownership, land, or freehold property with title deed. Once the citizenship is approved, the investment fees and the government fees can then be paid.
• A minimum investment of $400,000 USD with a holding period of 5 years
