Investment Options

To qualify for the Saudi Arabia Premium Residency through investment, applicants have four distinct investment pathways:

Premium Residency (Limited & Unlimited Duration)

Eligibility Criteria:
Provide proof of financial capability.

Residency Duration:
Limited Duration: Fixed-term residency for one to five years, renewable.
Unlimited Duration: Permanent residency.

Onetime Fee:
Limited Duration: SAR 100,000 (approximately USD 26,667) per year.
Unlimited Duration: SAR 800,000 (approximately USD 213,333).

Real Estate Owner Residency

Investment Requirement:
Own or usufruct real estate assets worth a minimum of SAR 4,000,000 (approximately USD 1,067,000).

Additional Criteria:
Property must be residential, developed, and free from existing or future mortgages.
The real estate must be appraised by accredited valuers under “Taqeem.”

Residency Duration:
Residency tied to real estate ownership or usufruct.

Onetime Fee:
SAR 4,000 (approximately USD 1,067)

Investor Residency

Investment Requirement:
Inject a minimum of SAR 7,000,000 (approximately USD 1,867,000) into an investment within the first two years.

Additional Criteria:
Submit a valid investment license issued by the Ministry of Investment.
Hold a valid commercial registration and a memorandum of association showing investor shares.
Create at least 10 jobs during the first two years.

Residency Duration:
Permanent Residency, conditioned on meeting investment and job creation criteria.

Onetime Fee:
SAR 4,000 (approximately USD 1,067)

Entrepreneur Residency

Eligibility Criteria:
1st Category: Minimum SAR 400,000 (approximately USD 107,000) investment round from an accredited entity, with at least 20% ownership.
2nd Category: Minimum SAR 15,000,000 (approximately USD 4,000,000) investment round from an accredited entity, with at least 10% ownership.
Create 10 jobs in the first year and an additional 10 jobs in the second year.

Residency Duration:
1st Category: Fixed-term residency for five years, renewable.
2nd Category: Permanent residency, conditioned on job creation.
