The Cyprus Residency by Investment Program offers several pathways, including a minimum €300,000 investment in residential real estate, shares in a Cyprus-based company, or units in a Cypriot investment fund, providing investors and their families permanent residency in an EU country with favorable tax benefits and quality of life.

Real Estate

1. Residential Real Estate: Invest a minimum of €300,000 in up to two new residential properties, which can be purchased from different developers.

2. Non-Residential Real Estate: Invest at least €300,000 in up to two new or used commercial properties, including offices, shops, or hotels.

Company Shares

Contribute €300,000 to the share capital of a Cyprus-registered business that employs at least five people.

Cyprus Investment Funds

Invest €300,000 in collective investments under the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (AIF, AIFLNP, or RAIF).
