Monaco Residency by investment
Residency in the world’s safest, income‑tax‑free enclave.
Monaco has no investment program as such. Residency is granted to those who show sufficient means — in practice around €500,000 on deposit with a Monaco bank — and a home in the Principality. We manage the bank introduction, the French long‑stay visa for non‑EU nationals and the residence interview.
- No personal income tax
- Ten‑year privileged card after ten years
- Exceptional security
