Why Hungary

Hungary’s Guest Investor Program issues a ten‑year residence permit — renewable for another ten — against €250,000 in a Hungarian National Bank‑registered real‑estate fund. The former €500,000 property route closed in January 2025.

At a glance
  • Ten years, renewable once
