Your privacy,
taken seriously.
What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the control you keep. Last updated 5 October 2026.
We collect only what you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.
- Details you send us. When you use a form, WhatsApp or email: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, country of residence, the programs you are interested in, your investment range and anything you add in the message box.
- Strategy and consultation answers. If you use Build My Strategy or book a consultation: your objective, family composition, timeframe, immigration history, and any introducing partner or adviser.
- Client file documents. Once you become a client: identity, civil-status, financial and source-of-funds documents that the government or its due-diligence provider requires. We ask for these only at that stage, over secure channels.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, held in standard server logs.
We use your information to answer your enquiry, assess which routes may suit you, prepare a written estimate, run your application if you instruct us, meet our legal and regulatory duties (including anti-money-laundering checks), and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: taking steps at your request before a contract; performing a contract with you; our legal obligations; our legitimate interest in running a secure, well-managed advisory business; and your consent, where we ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Only as far as your matter needs, and never for marketing by others.
- Governments and their agencies and the due-diligence providers they appoint, when you instruct us to file an application.
- Professional partners such as licensed lawyers, banks, auditors and translators, engaged for your file under confidentiality terms.
- Introducing partners only where you came to us through one, and only to confirm that an introduction took place.
- Service providers that host the site, deliver email and enable messaging, bound by contract to use your data only on our instructions.
- Authorities where the law requires us to disclose information.
We operate from Dubai and Lagos and work with governments around the world, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where we transfer it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, and share only what the receiving party needs.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client files are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for the period that law, regulation or the handling of a dispute requires. When there is no longer a reason to keep information, we delete or anonymise it.
This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to keep it secure and fast; it does not use cookies or track you across other sites. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device, your chosen language and whether site sound is on, so the site remembers them on your next visit. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. If you follow a link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram or another service, that service’s own policy applies.
We limit access to client information to the people who need it, use encrypted connections, and ask clients to send sensitive documents only through the secure channels we provide. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. These rights arise under laws such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, for people in the EU or UK, the GDPR. To use any of them, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and some records we are legally required to keep. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except as part of a family application made by a parent or guardian.
We will post any update on this page and change the date above. If a change is material, we will tell clients whose records we hold.
